My background is in biotechnology, I completed a Master's of Science at University and began working for a biotechnology company as a research assistant. I then transferred across into the quality department and began specialising in validations. I started at DHL in 2005 as National Validation Manager, however, I left in 2010 to further my career as a validation specialist. After 10 years in the industry, I decided to return to DHL to specialise in the validation of computerised systems. Since 2020 I've been back at DHL and wish I had never left.
