We are investing in energy saving measures to reduce energy consumption, such as the use of 100% green energy, roof-mounted solar panels, LED lights and motion sensors, energy/heat recovery systems, and an Energy Management System.
Strategic Location
  • The campus is located close to Brussels in a key logistics warehousing hotspot in central Belgium. The Brussels periphery is easily accessible, with its connections to the whole of Belgium (including the ports of Ghent and Antwerp) while Brussels and Charleroi airports are both nearby. Perfectly located to serve the Benelux region. And as Zavetem/Brussels Airport is the biggest Life Sciences & Healthcare hub also very well positioned for European and Global distribution.
