The Campus Nijmegen is part of our Life Science & Healthcare business unit in the Benelux region, located in one of the logistics hotspots of the Netherlands. It is a Center of Excellence for all life sciences & healthcare services supporting the full product life cycle from clinical trials until delivery to the patient. End-to-end warehousing services within fully temperature controlled state-of-the-art facility, delivering LSH products to more than 100 countries around the globe.

Sustainability

The campus is built to BREEAM very good certified standards. We are investing in energy saving measures to reduce energy consumption, such as the use of 100% green energy, LED lights and motion sensors, energy/heat recovery systems, water storage tank and solar panels. Closed area within our building where couriers can drive in with their vans, preventing unnecessary opening of dock doors and avoids extra use of electricity. Also, shipments are not exposed to the outside environment.

Strategic Location

The campus is located in a key logistics hotspot near the A73 and A50. It has excellent access to national and international roads, rail, air and water transportation routes and is very close to Belgium and Germany.
