ABB, DHL Supply Chain and Scania take significant steps towards more sustainable logistics

Earlier this year, ABB, DHL Supply Chain, and Scania took significant steps towards more sustainable logistics by implementing a fully electric supply chain between ABB's frequency converter factory and DHL's warehouse in Finland. Reducing road transportation emissions through electrification of the vehicle fleet is one of the main goals of DHL Group's Sustainability Roadmap. Watch the video produced by Scania and learn how the carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced by approximately 200,000 kg annually with the use of four electric trucks, compared to a diesel-powered solution.
