IN PARTNERSHIP
DHL partnered with one of the UK’s largest airlines for cabin appearance services in late 2019. They faced challenges with resourcing, staff absence, quality and most critically, compliance.

By 2020, we had helped them establish a new planning department, implemented training plans, and installed new cleaning standards. We now also provide this airline with baggage repatriation and maintenance, repair, and overhaul services.

In 2017, DHL partnered with one of the UK’s leading short-haul airlines to provide ground-handling services.

The immediate challenge was to invest in new equipment and facilities. We also undertook the largest TUPE process in UK ground handling history. By 2018, on-time performance reached 92% and employee absence fell to 3.7%. In 2019, our partnership expanded to Bristol and Manchester Airport, as well as branching into cleaning services.
